Rocksters (3-4yrs)
Many schools don’t offer martial arts classes for 3-4yr old kids. At Rockstar Martial Arts, we love our tiniest students! These little ones participate in 30-minute classes with constant movement and lots of energy. These martial arts classes offer an introduction to martial arts techniques, and teach students the fundamentals of balance, coordination, focus, and group participation. We are confident that your child will walk away from these self-defense classes for toddlers with not only a smile on their face, but also a basic understanding of how to defend themselves.
Intro to Martial Arts/Anti-Bully (5-10yrs)
Every month in the United States, three million children miss school due to fear of bullies. The goal of our RockStar Anti-bully program is to help your child overcome bullies without violence by instilling them with confidence. We teach our students to deter bullies verbally and use non-violent self-defense techniques if physically assaulted. Our goal is to equip our students with the confidence to face the bully and teach them to defend themselves against physical attack.
As your child continues their training, they will begin to develop into skilled athletes who can overcome almost any challenge put in front of them. Not only will we contribute to your child's weekly exercise needs, but it will also help them increase their endurance, agility, and overall fitness. They’ll take the lessons they learn with them as they grow into strong and confident adults.
Pre-Teen Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (10-12yrs)
Martial arts, in particular, is becoming more popular among pre-teens and teenagers. As parents, it’s important to recognize what kind of impact martial arts training has on our children’s lives and their upbringing. Martial arts training offers many benefits. Aside from the obvious physical changes, it also offers a host of other life-changing positives that would be awesome to introduce early on in life.
Why Should your Teen or Pre-Teen Train Jiu Jitsu?

Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with Jiu Jitsu, our highly skilled, experienced, and professional coaches and instructors will effectively teach you the concepts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe and supportive environment. Everyone can benefit from our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, no matter your age, fitness level, or experience!
The techniques of BJJ focus on using leverage and technique over brute strength, making it an extremely effective form of self-defense for everyone. It also promotes a healthy lifestyle through regular physical activity.
